City Web Lab builds WordPress websites for businesses that want to keep their content current. We develop page layouts and editing tools around the information your team needs to publish, with the design and technical setup planned together.
Editing that fits your website
A useful WordPress website gives your team a clear way to update its content. We discuss who will make changes and which information changes most often. That helps us decide which pages, content sections, and reusable layouts need editing controls.
We can develop a new WordPress website or scope improvements to an existing one. The work may include custom website layouts, CMS development, landing pages, contact forms, and integrations. Each project gets an agreed scope so the required features and responsibilities are clear.
Design, development, and technical setup
We plan the page structure around your services and customer questions. The design considers navigation, readability, and the action each page should support. Development brings those layouts into WordPress and connects the features included in your scope.
Basic search setup belongs in the build: descriptive pages, readable URLs, and a structure search engines can discover. Search visibility also depends on useful content and continued work after launch. We agree separately on any wider SEO service.
When a website package fits
For a focused business website, our Launch and Managed packages provide defined page counts and ongoing technical care. Launch includes up to three pages at $299 setup plus $49 per month. Managed includes up to five pages at $499 setup plus $99 per month, with up to one hour of small content edits each month.
Ecommerce, custom applications, integrations, and larger builds need a separate conversation about scope. Paid plugins, domain registration and renewals, and mailbox subscriptions are separate unless agreed in writing.
What to share before we begin
Tell us about your business, the pages you need, and who will update the website. If you already use WordPress, include the public website URL and the changes you want. Bring any existing copy, photos, and brand assets to the scoping conversation.
Describe features such as forms or connections to business tools. We can then identify the development work needed and discuss how launch and ongoing care should be handled.
